With over 2,000 bills that get introduced in California, here we breakdown the ones we are working on either supporting or opposing
In 2021 Senator Scott Weiner authored SB132, it was then signed into law by Gavin Newsom. It allows men to transfer into the women’s prison facility if the male inmate identifies as a woman with zero guardrails allowing for men to game the system and assault incarcerated women. After years of personal testimony and FIOA information we know women are being assaulted, babies are being born and women live in terror. Our bill SB311 aimed to restrict transfers stating any inmate charged with a violent crime is ineligible to transfer into the women’s facility. The bill was killed by Scott Weiner and California Democrats
This bill would mandate every high school student ID card have the Trevor Project as a resource for suicide. Unfortunately the organization used for this gives kids access to secret chat rooms where strangers can privately message our kids and has the potential to traffic children. The bill is currently scheduled for the suspense file which usually means it’s dead due to cost. I will keep you updated
With the dangerous environment within California public schools, homeschooling is a great option for families. It’s time to take control of our children’s education
It’s important we wear many hats. From community involvement to becoming an advocate for vulnerable communities. We are the Calvary

Your support and contributions will enable me to continue to advocate for balanced legislation and policies for all Californians.
